Rakkar Digital Co., Ltd. is one of only two licensed digital asset custodians in Thailand, operating under a Ministry of Finance Digital Asset Business License and SEC supervision.  Its name is the Sanskrit word for “protector,” which is exactly the business: safeguarding institutional digital assets to the highest standards of security and trust. 

ASTRA acquired Rakkar operating under group governance since 27 April 2026.

What We Do

Rakkar provides fully segregated institutional custody for digital assets. Client assets are secured using MPC-CMP technology, the industry standard for cryptographic key management.

Assets are held in bankruptcy-remote cold wallets, ensuring institutional-grade protection while remaining securely accessible.

Rakkar also offers a 24-hour transaction-signing SLA (business days), 24/7 platform access, and auditable reporting for efficient ownership verification and reconciliation.
